It's lovely apartment right by a supermarket, a restaurant/bar for tapas and a lovely place to have breakfast, and restaurants and shops, greatly enjoyed it. A refrigerator, a microwave oven, and an individual safe were handy.

It's a pity but the bathroom was a bit small.

We had a wonderful stay at Las Palmas Urban Center. the property was magnificent for the price, exceeding our expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. the fully equipped kitchenette, including a washing machine, microwave, and fridge, made our stay even more convenient. the staff were always available and incredibly friendly, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Cons: Absolutely nothing went wrong during our stay. 😊.

It's a fairly clean property, such great stay for holidays. Staff is always helpful and amicable. Good to have a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. The venue is housed in a nice building.

We had a great time at the hotel. the location was perfect, close to everything. It was just a short walk to the best beach in Gran Canaria and the San Telmo bus station. the room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with good suggestions about the island. we were satisfied with the service and the facilities offered.

Finding parking in the area was a bit challenging.

The location was absolutely on fleek, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the hip spots in town. The staff was lowkey awesome, always ready to help us find the best parties and hook us up with the sickest DJ sets. Plus, the rooms were so fresh and clean, and the kitchen had all the gear we needed to cook up some epic pregame feasts.

The only thing we wished for was a banging rooftop pool party. It would've been lit AF to chillax by the pool during the day and turn it up at night with some sick beats.

Exceptional: Had a blast driving in circles to find parking every night, but hey, at least it cost me extra! The staff were friendly, as long as you speak Spanish, and the room was well-equipped. , an amazing bar right across the street for breakfast! Wow, such a delight.
